Ice-lolly sale raises funds
Bishop’s Stortford Food Bank – Interact Summer Appeal
This week, to help with the heat and to raise money for the Bishop’s Stortford Foodbank, Interact students from TBSHS ran an Ice-lolly sale, which was hugely popular, and raised money for the foodbank.
Thanks go to the following students with their help selling ice lollies for the Food Bank and including their help on Sports Day: Patrick Nunn, Joe Sneddon, Fin Macfie, Olivia Everitt, Joshua Tingley, Isaac Jones, Fiore Akinde, Ruen Kellard, Emily Jones, Joshua Smith, Danny Hunt and Alessio Rognoni.
A sum of £508.43 was raised for Bishop’s Stortford Food Bank.
Thank you also to all parents and students who donated items.
Mr. Etheridge, Head of Religious Studies and Citizenship, said: “Bishop’s Stortford Food Bank is a truly outstanding charity with, and for, wonderful people. Thank you to all students, parents and staff who donated items or money to such a vital cause.”
