Opportunities
TBSHS prides itself on the giving of opportunity.
The word comes from the Latin phrase, ob portum veniens “coming toward a port” which refers to a favourable wind blowing ships into the harbour.
An opportunity is something a good wind blew your way.
Nearly 500 Year 7-11 students participated at House Football, with sixth form coaches and referees.
Today the prestigious TBSHS’ Music Festival begins.
Whilst, with World Book Day on 2nd March, TBSHS is having a Book Week of great opportunities.
Thank you to all the staff who make these opportunities possible.
