Thought For The Day – Friday 29^th September 2023

Another wonderful week at TBSHS.   Momentum continued after an outstanding Open Evening. The school is pictured above on this fabulous evening.

Thank you to all those students, and staff, who participated and were involved in Active Travel Day yesterday.  Black and Gold filled the streets.  What a brilliant moment.

Thank you to the Languages Department for, and all who have participated in, TBSHS’ Languages Week.  From the different dates every lesson to the assemblies, quizzes and spelling bees, this has greatly empowered and enriched our school once again.

Learning and progress has continued inside and outside lessons.  Homework, sports fixtures and practices and school show rehearsals  and numerous extra-curricular activities and visits also spread “The Black and Gold Spirit”.

Preparations for the new school continue. New dawn rising.

Thank you to students, staff and parents for all the commitment, aspiration, respect, integrity and community. Standards, passion and care.

Thank you to Mr. Reeve and the Senior Leadership Team for the continued massive leadership and inspiration.

We finish week four well. We go again on Monday.

September turns to October on Sunday.  In the last few weeks Summer has become Autumn. Both are beautiful seasons.
