As Russia indicates that there will be no Christmas cease-fire in Ukraine, UNICEF has warned that almost 7 million children are at risk from extreme cold and widespread blackouts.

Not only are people in Ukraine suffering terrible winter weather but they are suffering no electricity, no heat, no power and no water owing to the evil and wrong invasion, abuse and war.
This is a threat to life and wellbeing. UNICEF are reporting 7 million young people are now at risk.
Where schools are open for some, they are bomb shelters. Study and play is by torchlight. Home learning cannot take place because there is no power.
