On Friday 12th June, almost 130 Year 13 students and staff, gathered together to hold a virtual Leavers Assembly.

Head of Sixth Form, Mr Stark and Assistant Head of Sixth Form Mr Munro, were live in the TBSHS School hall whilst the other half of the Sixth Form Management Team - Mrs Miles and Mrs Price, plus Mr Reeve and 25 members of staff joined in remotely.

The assembly, followed the usual structure of a Leavers Assembly, with awards, photos and a slideshow of student pictures, accompanied by a virtual run of Jerusalem,  the School hymn.

Mr Etheridge caused everyone to laugh when he took the screen, whilst wearing 'Pop star' style sunglasses, and sang his favourite Dua Lipa rap changed to the Black and Gold rap, to the assembled students.

Students Ethan Cunnew and Head Boy Tom Horton gave Votes of Thanks and the 'Meeting' finished with a slideshow of students own photos from the last two years set against a soundtrack of Jerusalem.

We will miss you Year 13 - please come back in the future and let us know how you are getting on.
