A warm welcome back to everyone and congratulations to the students on making such a positive start to the new academic year. Parents, if you haven't already done so, do please take a moment to read the letter from me, which was sent to all parents yesterday (13th September), though please see the following note from our IT support team:

"We have recently been made aware of an issue with viewing PDF documents on Android devices using the Yahoo email client. When the PDF document is viewed as a preview, some of the letters may be missed out, leading to the appearance of numerous mistakes. If the PDF document is downloaded to the device it will be displayed correctly."

If you haven't received the email containing the letter, it is also available on the website, but do please contact the school office to check we have the correct contact details on our system.

With the extra-curricular programme up and running this week, the school is a busy place. We are also preparing for our Prospective Parents' Evening on 21st Thursday, where many of students will be helping us to showcase the school to our visitors. With over a thousand visitors anticipated, the evening will, as always, be a major logistical operation, but will hopefully show our guests just what a great school we have. Do please bear in mind the anticipated congestion, if dropping off or collecting your children on the evening.

Regards, Mr Reeve.
